After Pattyn gets in a battle and breaks a window, her family has had enough of her revolting so they send her to live with her Aunt, out in the center of no place, for the late spring, so she can no longer get in a difficult situation. Incidentally, she has a fabulous time on her stay with her auntie, she figures out how to drive and ride a pony, and meets the affection for her life. She experienced passionate feelings for Ethan, the child of her aunt’s companion. He isn't Mormon and her dad would slaughter the them two on the off chance that they were together.
